Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped only during business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the processing of bundles, closures, and frontals. Also, allow 2-3 weeks for wig orders. Remember all of our wig orders are custom-made. Our shipping takes 2 business days. All goods ship via USPS or Canada post International shipping is also done at a fee.
Most orders ship faster than in the days above. We do NO offer express shipping. A tracking number is e-mailed on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your e-mail is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking information becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be available on weekends!

International orders can take up to 10-15 business days to receive. We are not responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international orders once shipped. Please remember that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to health reasons, we can not issue refunds or exchanges for extensions once they have been shipped and retrieved by the customer. We can not fully determine if hair extensions/products have been used. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment. When ordering hair please keep this in mind.​​
